A nurturing Experience
Are you a therapist seeking support as you navigate the clinical process? Have you faced challenges in developing a professional framework that integrates your education in a variety of modalities and approaches? Are you looking for ways to maintain your resilience to do this work?
Whether you are a recent graduate pursuing licensure or a seasoned clinician working with a new diagnosis or population, clinical supervision from a Moringa Supervisor may enhance your abilities to grow through these challenges and achieve your professional goals.
Moringa Institute supervisors offer therapists a nurturing place to receive insights that supports the normalization of their challenges and promotes the development of strategies for clinical practice. Moringa Institute supervisors are experienced in teaching professionals how to interweave their cross-training experiences in a manner that supports the development of harmonious professional frameworks. As such, therapists gain a deeper understanding of how to adapt to individuals’ specialized needs and advance their person-centered approach.
Grounded in the value of encouraging individuals to develop their strengths to lead them to meeting their full potential, Moringa’s supervision groups support therapists’ abilities to practice what they preach. By doing so, therapists can nurture their resilience and enhance their sense of confidence as they form-storm-norm-perform-reform into the therapists they aim to be.
Who We Serve
Moringa Institute offers clinical supervision opportunities to a variety of healthcare professionals including but not limited to music therapists, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, social workers, behavior therapists, and psychologists who are looking for expertise in a particular practice technique or population.
Our seasoned supervisors specialize in supporting behavioral health therapists who are established professionals, working toward licensure in Pennsylvania (e.g., clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and professional counseling), or students earning their master’s degree in a behavioral health field. We offer group and individual supervision opportunities, in-person and remotely.
